Biography

Owner and founder of KickUp Studios, LLC is a sports medicine professional with over 15 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and training of students, athletes in exercise science, wellness, athletic training, strength and conditioning, and overall athletic enhancement. Through his advanced education, professional experience, certifications, and extensive background Carlos Hernandez is committed to providing opportunities towards successful goal attainment for all who train with him! He is a powerful motivator, a strong leader, and a passionate trainer who thoroughly enjoys helping others succeed in their fitness and athletic goals! Armed with a positive attitude and a winning smile, Carlos has inspired the martial arts and fitness industry to achive their goals of living a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Carlos has over 25 years of extensive Mixed Martial Arts experience. He started competing professionally at the age of 16 and has traveled Nationally and Internationally representing various teams. For the past 15 years he has been teaching his curriculum to students of all age groups and backgrounds, preparing them for professional level competitions. Additionally, Carlos has worked with individuals of all types looking to better themselves one way or another by offering personal training sessions and creating personalized fitness programs.

Carlos is dedicated to improving the lives of children in any possible way, Carlos mission is simple: to positively impact, to serve and to build lives.

Carlos travels nationwide focused on delivering the message of Jesus Christ, also delivering food, bibles, clothes, medicine, etc.

Monies raised goes towards helping children both locally and globally.
